An experienced valuation and advisory professional, Ajay specializes in Mergers, Acquisitions, Restructuring, Disputes, and Litigation. A NICMAR alumnus with a strong background in Real Estate Consulting, he has also led Stressed Asset Transactions under SARFAESI and IBC. His expertise lies in delivering strategic advisory solutions and complex valuations
An Architect and Construction Management professional, Manan specializes in Green Building Design & Consultancy, Construction Project Management, & Renewable Energy solutions. With a strong focus on Solar, Sustainability, and Environmentally Sensitive Projects, he brings expertise in delivering innovative and future-ready spaces that balance functionality with ecological responsibility.
An accomplished contracts and construction professional, Manish leads the Contracts division at Tata Housing’s corporate office, overseeing projects across South India, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives. A Civil Engineer from Mumbai University and NICMAR Postgraduate, he also holds a Quantity Surveying Certification from the University of Reading, UK. Currently pursuing Chartered Arbitrator accreditation from CIArb, UK, he brings strong expertise in Contracts, Cost Control, and Strategic Project Management.
A NICMAR alumnus with a background in Construction Management and Civil Engineering, Yayati is the Co-Founder and CEO of Amala Realty. He brings extensive experience in Project and Asset Management, having led large-scale residential and commercial developments with IDFC Alternatives and Kotak Realty Funds. At Amala Realty, he drives Sustainable urban projects, including the firm’s flagship 4-lakh sq. ft. development in Pune, combining strategic vision with hands-on real estate expertise.
A Postgraduate from NICMAR, Delhi-NCR, Yaduraj leads design management for West India projects at Tata Housing. A certified LEED Green Associate™ under the U.S. Green Building Council, he has been recognized with the “Five Star Award” for implementing value engineering techniques that reduced project cost and timelines. His expertise lies in Sustainable Design, Architectural Innovation, and optimizing efficiency across large-scale developments.
A Civil Engineer and NICMAR postgraduate in Advanced Construction Management, Dinesh specializes in Planning, Project controls, and BIM applications. Currently part of Tata Housing’s Boisar II project, he has also contributed at the corporate level in planning and risk management. With additional certification in Risk Management from the University of Adelaide, he brings analytical precision and process excellence to complex construction projects.
